What is Ergonomics?

Ergonomics is a science concerned with the ‘fit’ between people and their work. It takes account of the employee's capabilities and limitations in seeking to ensure that tasks, equipment, information and the environment suit each worker.

ISO 6385:2004

The mission of ERGONOMICS CANADA is to provide ergonomic solutions to work related pain and discomfort.
